1. Introduction
GemGeo ("the Service") is provided by RevOps Automated ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service is designed to integrate with various customer relationship management platforms ("Third-Party Platforms").
By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service.
Please note that RevOps Automated is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party CRM platforms in any way, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or any other brand.
We provide an independent service that integrates with these platforms. Any issues or concerns related to the third-party platforms themselves should be directed to their respective support channels.
2. Description of Service
GemGeo provides advanced field sales capabilities and CRM synchronization. The Service allows users to manage records, create routes and zones, perform territory analytics, and synchronize data with their CRM platform.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. The Service offers two pricing tiers: Basic (Free) and Premium.
3.2. Basic Tier:

3.3. Premium Tier:
- - $59 per month per user
- - Includes:
- 10,000 Records
- 100 Routes
- 100 Zones
- Territory Analytics
- Two-Way CRM Sync
- Custom Objects & Fields
- - Includes:
3.4. Payments for the Premium tier are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service interruption or termination.
4. Refunds
4.1. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4.2. To request a refund, please contact admin@revopsautomated.com with details of your request.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
5.1. Violate any laws or regulations.
5.2. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
5.3. Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
5.4. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevOps Automated and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by us.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. In no event shall RevOps Automated, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Termination
8.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8.2. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@revopsautomated.com.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
9.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
